All deliveries will be dispatched within three to five working days once payment is been received and cleared, however where possible we aim to dispatch products in stock on the day of purchase.
Your order should be delivered:
• Within 3-5 days from despatch via Courier Signed for delivery in the UK
• Within 7-10 days from despatch via Recorded delivery for the rest of the world (some regions are exempt depending on courier regulations, contact us for further details)
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that your products reach you in the condition that they leave our facility, we also acknowledge that damage can occur during the delievery process. Should you recieve damaged products, please inform us at the earliest convience, and follow our standards return policy.
Where possible we will aim to provide (dependent on courier) a reference number for tracking your order, which will be in presented in an email upon despatch. In order to return an item to us, we will require notification in advance of the product's return, and will endeavour to assist in the unlikely event of a problem with delivery or with the products themselves.
