All deliveries will be dispatched within three to five working days once payment has been received and cleared, however where possible we aim to dispatch products in stock on the day of purchase.
Your order should be delivered:
- Within 3-5 days from dispatch via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded and Signed for delivery in the UK Price £5.10
- Within 7-10 days from dispatch via Recorded delivery for the rest of the world (some regions are exempt depending on courier regulations, contact us for further details) . Ranges from £6.99 to £12.99
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that your products reach you in the condition that they leave our facility, we also acknowledge that damage can occur during the delivery process.
Should you receive damaged products, please inform us at the earliest convenience, and follow our standards return policy.
Where possible we will aim to provide (dependent on courier) a reference number for tracking your order, which will be in presented in an email upon dispatch.
In order to return an item to us, we will require notification in advance of the product’s return, and will endeavor to assist in the unlikely event of a problem with delivery or with the products themselves.

Raw Skin Food Ltd shall not be bound to accept the cancellation, alteration or suspension for whatever cause of any order so confirmed and the agreement by us to any such cancellation, alteration or suspension shall be subject to You indemnifying us in full in respect of all and any expenses and loss incurred or sustained by us as a result.
You may cancel and return your order within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the Goods, starting the day after delivery.
Your order will not be considered cancelled until written notification is received from You by letter or email. You shall be entitled to a full refund (including postage and packaging) within 30 days of receipt by us of such notice.
Goods returned for any reason must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of them, and in the same condition as they were delivered (with the original packaging, unused and/ or flat-packed where appropriate).
Unless the goods are faulty, You must pay any delivery costs for their return. We will not accept returns or cancellations if the goods have been altered in anyway that could be deemed as you treating the goods as your own. Please note that You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in Your possession.

In rare cases, we may request a product recall if we change the ingredients or method of production. This is to satisfy you and to enable us to give you the quality of care you deserve by modifying the given circumstance to deliver a higher quality product.
